The processing of your personal data includes the personal data you have provided that is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a civil law contract.

Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or processing is necessary for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, particularly regarding document retention and accounting purposes;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – due to the Controller's legitimate interest, particularly concerning archiving (evidentiary purposes) in case of legal need to demonstrate facts and possible establishment, pursuit, or defense against claims.

Recipients of Personal Data
Recipients of personal data include: authorized employees and associates of the Controller; members of the Controller's bodies; entities processing data on behalf of the Controller or cooperating with it based on concluded agreements concerning, among others, accounting services, IT system delivery, legal, tax, audit, training and debt collection services, document archiving services; public administration bodies (President of the Office of Technical Inspection), in order to fulfill obligations specified by regulations related to confirming the completion of training and obtaining a certificate provided for by law, while maintaining requirements specified by applicable regulations, including confidentiality requirements and to the extent necessary to perform a given activity.

Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract to which you are a party, and after its termination for the period specified by applicable regulations, in terms of accounting, tax, or archiving obligations. The processing period may be extended by the limitation period for claims if processing of personal data is necessary for establishing or pursuing possible claims or defending against such claims by the Controller.

Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to access your personal data, to have them deleted, transferred, rectified, to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Obligation to Provide Data
Providing your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide them may prevent the conclusion of the contract and its settlement.

Automated Decision-Making
Your personal data will not be subject to processes involving automated decision-making, including profiling.
